One long-haired biker dude with tattoos turns to his buddy and says: “Hey man, did you check out my demo?”
“No man,” says his buddy--a six foot tall, three hundred pound bald guy with peircings and a goatee. “Is it as good as my demo?”
“Better, dude. It’s better,” says the first guy. “Much, much better.”
These two men might be talking about the latest recording of their heavy metals bands, but in this computer age they could also be talking about demo software.
Demo software lets users check out the software they want to buy before they actually invest their hard earned cash. It’s not a full version, so it might have some limitations. However, demo software is an excellent way to see how your money will be spent before you actually decide to take the plunge. It will have as many functions as you need to see just how the real deal works.
This type of software is a good idea for buyers because of the money that might go in to a software purchase. But it can also be an important tool for a company selling a product. Is there a better way to demonstrate to a potential customer how the product can work for them than actually showing them exactly it will work? Demo software can mean more sales and satisfied customers.
